1920-40 ?bike chainguard poss fleet birmingham ? for 28 " wheels to restore or use as it is.... recently came off a 23 inch frame bike that had 28 inch wheels ..we were told the bike may be a fleet from birmingham england ..not sure of exact age but think 1920-40..bracket inside stamped patno13927/26 could not see anything on the internet ..when we got it there were 2-3 of the small fixing screw missing that go on the thin plate at the back so listed not complete ..i have taken a lot of photos.please study all photos before buying and note its listed parts to restore or use as it is
