Please note before buying that its listed low price as missing rear fixing bracket and listed parts for restoring ..it has the leg brackets..the seams on the legs have gaps probly due to age and wear it came off a bike that we think was 1930 approx that had 26 inch wheels ....i have taken a lot of photos ..please study all photos before buying and note parts are listed for restoring
