Hi thanks for looking at, from what research ive done is a very rare frameset. Steel Frame & forks, I can't see any welds anywhere, so its brazed? It feels light (for steel), the components were a real mix but date stamp on the saddle, if its original is 98 or 99. So, you will see from the photos it will need work, corrosion around the bridge and caliper hanger on the forks, plus some work on the headtube, nothing sinister some TLC will improve Paintwork will polish up in some areas, but lacquer peel is an issue. As pictured with 2x7 shifters (tatty), bars, FD Cranks (untested, BB smooth though) & saddle.
