Here we have a Cinelli 1R Road Racing Bike Quill Stem with 95mm Reach, 26.4mm Clamp and 22.2mm shaft (to fit 1” threaded headsets). All the parts are there including the internal clamp. The bolts are rust free and move freely. The stem has some signs of age… some scratches and grazes here and there which I have shown in the pictures. If you have access to a polisher and a bit of time it could be brought back to a smooth finish Prior to sale the stem has been cleaned and degreased and is now ready to be fitted. It would make a nice addition to a vintage bike build.
