This is a great old steel frame with 531 tubing by Claude Butler Dalesman from the mid 90s. It is in Good used condition. It would make a good summer build. It is 23 inches from the top of the head tube to the middle of the bottom bracket and 22 inches from the middle of the headset to the middle of the top of the down tube. See photos for condition.
