Used but in good condition and fully functional with hardly any wear. The cam lever that screws into the cam barrel is in good condition with no splits to the rubber and it screws up tight. I'm pretty sure the skewer is made of Titanium. It fits a 100mm front wheel hub. Please have a good look at the photos before purchasing and check out my other retro bicycle components listed.
