Nice Reynolds frame with (very nice) Tange Forks. Originally had 27” wheels. You could use 700c and long drop brakes. This would allow big tyres! Paint is solid but you better be a fan of patina! 56cm square. Rear spacing is just over 120mm. Pretty sure it had a 126mm hub in originally.
