Has some bobbling on a couple of parts of the straps, nothing that effects their use and otherwise in good condition.. Size adult small (see measurements).. Top opening - 5”.. Bottom opening - 3.75”.. Top to bottom - 10.5” Measurements taken laid flat and without stretching.. Please see my other items
