bought this for my fist coil shock had it on bike for a week but was to strong for me I have changed to a 600lb one so selling this 700lb one i had it on fox dhx 230 by 65 with it being 700lb spring it is tough to fit in as tight fitting but I was only getting around 10% sag i wegh around 110kg so would suit a heaver rider or someone that likes a stiff suspension
