Brake bolts, washers, ‘noodles’ & dirt shields all present. On others in thr past I’ve sanded it off & left a bare & lighly brushed finish. You could do this to make this a ‘minter’. XT Cassette - excellent condition, clean, shiny & lovely with slight signs of use but no visible wear.
