Really as close to NOS as you can get. It had all the original paint inside the clamp which I scraped out (so it will fit your frame well), but other than that this thing is near mint. Runner handle is supple, chrome looks like it’s brand new. If you are doing a faithful restoration of a bike from the late 80s- early 90s, this would be a lovely item. Came off a 91 karakoram that looked like it had never been ridden.
