In good condition Chain is 90CM long, plus 3 keys included BRAND: xianhua I would say it new because I actually never used it at all, it was kept underneath my bed for 5-8 years. Some of the letters on the black material has rubbed off. There is a few scratches on the lock most likely from when I kept on moving it from underneath my bed and putting it back in.
