Here we have a lovely vintage ITM Quill Stem with 90mm reach, 25.0mm Clamp and 22.0mm Shaft. The stem is in excellent condition and is intended to fit French Headsets with a 22.0mm steerer tube diameter. The bolts are all rust free and turn freely. It would complement any vintage bike build.
