This Rockshox monarch plus RC3 HV rear shock has just been fully serviced by myself. It has had a genuine rockshox 200 hr service kit fitted and fresh Oil. I'm a qualified bike mechanic who specialises in suspension components, so if you watch the video you'll see It has been bled with a Laba 7 vacuum bleeder and bench tested on the hand dyno. It measures 216mm eye to eye and has a stroke length of 63mm. Overall the shock is in excellent condition cosmetically with a couple of minor marks mainly around the eyelets and base of the reservoir
