Excellent take anywhere turbo. Used for years as back of van trainer, great for efficient use of time and a must for pre event warm up spins. Good for home training too, no power needed so very versatile. All the main static bike training software have selectable algorithms to run virtual power with this fluid trainer … it’s not SMART but very reliable. Just need speed and cadence sensors on your bike. I have used it with SystmX (previously as sufferfest) Swift and Rouvy. The padded mat and riser stand is included along with 2 QR mount skewers.
