Nitto Campee rear pannier rack. Sits lower than regular pannier racks keeping weight low. Excellent for touring. Bought in Japan, bought back to the UK. Can be fitted to seat stays that lack eyelets with p-clips. No significant rust, just what you can see in the pictures.
