Great Ortlieb waterproof pannier. Used with some oil marks on the yellow section but doesn’t affect use at all. As photographed, bolt that fixes the bottom hook onto the pannier is rounded. You could either use a bolt extractor to remove this and replace it, or you could leave the hook where it is, assuming it works with your pannier rack. I think it is currently in a place that will be compatible with standard pannier racks and put it in a normal position so shouldn’t be a problem.
