Vintage 1970s French Reydel moulded rubber type saddle mount tool bag with, I believe original, spanner. This has been stored for many, many years probably decades since it looks almost new to my eyes; even the moulding flash looks like it is fresh out of the mould. I believe these were fitted to Peugeot, Gitane, Motobécane, and Mercier bicycle brand's of the era, and probably others as well. Please study the photoscarefully, they are the most important aspect of the description and draw our own conclusion as to the condition.
