(AS-IS) ParkerPro Wheelie bar for mini bikes. This item is missing one of the black (clamps or brackets shown in one of the photos). There is supposed to be 4 there are 3. The box was opened from both sides allowing items to fall out of the box. All other parts have been accounted for or replaced. Item looks new but selling as is for this reason, the issue has been announced!
