Fantastic handlebar bag from Restrap….one large main compartment with roll top…ne smaller from pocket with Velcro closing and a space for a D Lock behind….bungee on the top for light items, hats etc - Lightly used with a few minor marks but overall In excellent condition…I’ll give it a wipe before packing and itll look spot on again….really great bag, but just a bit bigger than i need - Attached to handlebar with two secure buckles and around the steerer tube with a length of Velcro…doesn’t move hardly when it’s installed - Questions and offers welcome
