Came with my Carrie when i bought new from shop. I have no use for it and shop wouldn't sell bike without. Everything is there for a quick install. The bike was displayed in a south facing window and the neoprene padding has discoloured due to UV; it's completely cosmetic; you can see in picture it has gone a purpley colour. Also selling Rain hood for the Carrie. Flex box required! Obviously the bike is NOT included; seats only!
