100% solid frame and lovely Carbon fork , paint flakes on the frame in places nothing to cause concern just superficial . It’s 54cm from top of seat tube to centre of bottom bracket shell. Headset lovely and smooth no surprises it’s an ideal commuter bike frame replacement
