Here we have a lovely Seat Post / Saddle Mounted Water Bottle Holder Bracket/ Bottle Cage Adapter. The clamp fixed to your seatpost and the barrel fits behind your saddle rails for extra security. You can then attach your bottle cage to the bracket using bolts as usual. A vintage item from a 1980s/ 1990s which is in good shape.
