Here I have my Seven 7 iDP body armour It’s short sleeve with shoulder, chest & back protection Only worn for one days enduro event, no crashes & has been in my wardrobe ever since. The shirt has been washed (with armour removed) Great piece of kit Adult size Large. I’m a 42” chest & it was a nice snug fit on me to give some idea but best check on the manufacturers website
