Classic Shimano 105 3 x 9 speed shifting brake lever set. The Shimano shifters of this era will shift both double and triple chainsets. Made in Japan around 2007. The alloy brake levers have had all marks and paint removed from the front faces and have been hand polished to a bright finish.
