Here we have a lovely set of Vintage Shimano 600 Downtube Friction 5/6 Speed Shifters with Clamp On. Hailing from the 1970s, with a date code of CK (1978), the shifters are in excellent mechanical condition and work well. They are free of any kind of rust or corrosion. The metal is shiney and the black painted pantographs are highly visible. The shifter set would make an ideal addition to a period bike build.
