Lugged disc steel frameset. Large (top tube 57, seat tube is sloping but effective length is also around 57) It's listed as a Surly just because eBay required a brand title. The forks are surly but the frame I don't know. Would look amazing with a nice paint job or just rough and ready as is. Headset included in great condition. Could make a good bike packing)a denture bike. Good tyre clearance (see pics) Show me another steel lugged disc frame that doesn't cost somewhere near four figures.
