Vintage rear bike rack. I'm not sure of the size wheels it will fit so I've shown in the pictures how long the legs are and how long from the legs to the front fixing. The legs pivot at the rack. The spring works very well. The bottom mount is on the wheels axle. The top mount goes on the two seat stays. This bracket pivots too.
