Here we have a very characterful pair of Vintage Lock on Handlebar End Caps, Bar End Plugs in Black. The plugs are in great shape for their age with no rust to the tightening screws. There are a few grazes on the outer edge of the plugs from where they have been rubbed against a wall etc, but nothing really that detracts from their overall look. They would make a nice addition to a vintage bike build project.
