Chrome sprung bike rack. The bottom legs will mount on the rear wheel axle. The spring is strong. I'm not sure of an exact wheel size that it will fit. I've shown the measurements of the bottom legs (16 inches, 41cm) and from the pivot ro the bracket at the front (13 inches, 33cm).
