A 1990's WIN aluminum quill stem for 1" steerer tube. It has 22.2mm quill, 150mm total height, 80mm reach, a 25.4mm handlebar clamp and it only weighs 10oz. As you can see from the photos it is in excellent condition, and has been hand-polished.
