Please note before buying that it’s listed for restoring .we were told it could be a fleet bicycle from the fleet company birmingham ...not sure of its exact age but think 1920-40 approx ...there are wear and scratches and digs etc and listed to restore .lloop frame 23 inch ..it had 28 inch wheels ..i have taken a lot of photos .please study all photos before buying and note its listed for restoring
